Build your career with us!Regional Sales Representative - Southern CaliforniaSep 5, 2024POSITION OVERVIEWdormakaba is seeking a Regional Sales Representative, Hospitality based in Los Angeles, Orange County or San Diego, CA. This individual is responsible for developing profitable sales growth for dormakaba in the assigned territory by closing sales of electronic access control, cloud operating systems and integrated solutions in the hospitality sector, from lead generation or qualification through to sales closing. This comes in the form of new sales generation while nurturing existing customer relationships.***This position is remote and can be based in Los Angeles, Orange or San Diego County.***HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $85,000 - $95,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)   • Develop pipeline, and progress opportunities through the sales funnel while accurately forecasting revenue.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce contacts, accounts, opportunities, and relevant fields for forecasting product needs for manufacturing and sales leadership.
  • Develop and foster close relationships with new and existing hospitality management companies in the territory.
  • Suggest new product ideas and/or features based on customer feedback.WHAT WE REQUIRE
    • 3+ years proven field sales experience.
    • Travel - 50%+.
    • High School diploma or GED.WHAT WE PREFER
      • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
      • Minimum 2+ years proven sales experience in the hospitality space.
      • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management software (Salesforce).WHAT WE OFFER
