Key Responsibilities
Lead recruitment for senior level and hard-to-fill positions
Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement
recruitment strategies
Educate business leaders on the recruitment process and inclusive
hiring practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business or equivalent
experience
7-10 years of experience in executive or senior level recruitment
or external search firm
Experience in creating and implementing strategic sourcing
plans
Knowledge of compliance with employment laws and policies
Ability to analyze recruitment data to attract talent
effectively
