Job Description:
A company is looking for a Teledetailing Support Representative
to engage with clients and contribute to growth in a remote
setting.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients using a
provided script
Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their
needs and share accurate information
Maintain accurate records of calls in the customer relationship
management (CRM) system
Required Qualifications and Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport
quickly
Ability to work independently
Effectively overcome objections and handle rejection
Additional education or training in sales or marketing is a
plus
