Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contact Center Support Operator I to
provide patient-first healthcare by managing inbound calls and
assisting with patient information.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and transfer callers to the appropriate
destination using electronic directories
Process after-hour patient and emergency internal calls following
established protocols
Perform data entry tasks and assist callers in emergency
situations, including medical emergencies
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
One year of call or contact center experience or two years of
customer service experience
Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) certification preferred
Experience in healthcare or a related field preferred
Ability to commute to Beachwood, OH
