Job Description:
A company is looking for a Risk and Compliance Counsel to manage
potential risks related to client onboarding and personnel
hiring.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and address potential conflicts associated with new
business intake and lateral hires
Consult with stakeholders to resolve complex ethical and compliance
issues
Develop and provide training on risk management and compliance
policies
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctorate degree and admission to practice in good standing
in a US jurisdiction
5+ years of relevant experience in a law firm or corporate office
of general counsel
Extensive knowledge of conflict of interest and new client intake
policies
Proficient in using Intapp products preferred
Strong legal research and analytical skills
