Direct Counsel is actively seeking a highly-qualified and motivated attorney to join a top AmLaw 100 national law firm in their Products Liability and Toxic Tort Practice Group. This is an off-track position that provides an exceptional opportunity to gain valuable experience while working closely with a dynamic team of attorneys and prestigious clients.Minimum Requirements:

  • High level of academic achievement
  • 5+ years of experience in complex litigation
  • Additional experience in asbestos/toxic tort related litigation is essential
  • Superb writing and communication skills
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree
  • California Bar Admission Responsibilities:
    • Engage in all aspects of case work-up and trial preparation
    • Draft and review discovery and motions
    • Take and defend fact and expert depositions
    • Collaborate effectively with the Products Liability and Toxic Tort Practice Group Compensation:
