• Assist and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Office & Food & Beverage team
• Supervise and monitor team members with true leadership ability that motivates the entire team
• Ensure all levels of service run smoothly
• Manage financial outcomes
• Understand all licensing and operating legislation affecting the department, including the Liquor Act
• Maintain stock levels
• Hire, develop, and coach team members
• Attend all scheduled F&B and other relevant meetings when required
• Handle customer complaintsQualificationsWhat we are looking for
  • Experience in a similar role in a dynamic environment
  • Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and wine
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Stellar communication and organizational prowess
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and prioritize effectively
  • Hold a valid RSA
  • Full Australian working rights

    • Well-presented and punctualAdditional InformationHotel Morris is an 82-room hotel opened in June 2023. We have a small team with a 'family' mentality where we help each other. The successful candidate for this role can speak English and has similar experience and passion for making a guest smile and maintaining cleanliness while leading your own team on weekends when our housekeeping manager is away or on leave. You MUST be able to work flexible roster and weekends.
