Production.
Key Responsibilities
Lead global media production operations and manage multiple
concurrent workflows
Oversee the quality of professional photography and videography
shoots, including editing and retouching
Manage relationships with partners and freelance photographers to
ensure project satisfaction and quality delivery
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in scaling operations and media
production
Strong leadership skills to manage and inspire a global team
Experience with operational and production contributions at
strategic and tactical levels
Strong financial background with the ability to demonstrate return
on investment
Experience developing and optimizing systems and workflows for
creative operations
