Customer Lifecycle Solutions/Banking.
Key Responsibilities
Develop messaging frameworks for customer lifecycle use cases in
retail banking
Create a variety of marketing collateral to support lead generation
and sales efforts
Manage research projects to enhance solution-specific messaging and
support analyst engagement
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in customer lifecycle understanding within
financial services
Experience in product marketing, pre-sales, or a related field
Proven ability to produce compelling messaging for various stages
of the sales funnel
Experience in creating diverse content types such as blogs,
whitepapers, and presentations
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
effectively
