Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director, Talent Acquisition to develop and oversee a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coach a talent acquisition team to execute hiring strategies that align with business needs
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of talent acquisition across various roles and geographies
Design and implement employment branding initiatives to attract suitable candidates

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
8+ years of full lifecycle talent acquisition experience in a high growth organization
Minimum of 4 years of direct people management experience in talent acquisition
Experience in healthcare or employee benefits is preferred
Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, and recruitment marketing tools
