Superba Food + Bread is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our newest restaurant opening.We are committed to chef and product driven food, warm hospitality, a craft bar, and unique and cutting-edge design. Our menu is driven by the seasons, vegetable forward, emphasizing technique and baking know how. We are community oriented and care deeply about art and style. We are passionate about restaurantsWe are seeking a passionate, experienced Assistant General Manager to lead our team. A qualified candidate will be a positive-minded and inspirational role model, hands-on, driven, and committed to upholding our hospitality standards.Our family of restaurants includes American Beauty Steakhouse and the Window in Venice, Superba Food + Bread in Venice and Hollywood, Superba Snacks and Coffee in Pasadena and North Hollywood, and Pitfire Pizza locations throughout Southern California.We offer:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of previous AGM or GM experience in full service and chef driven restaurant
  • Hunger to advance in a dynamic and growing restaurant group
  • Have a coach mentality and a dedication to creating a positive minded and productive team that adheres to our culture and standards
  • Focus on the details including food quality, safety and sanitation and service timing and accuracy
  • Drive a culture of warmth, authenticity and hospitality for our guests and team
  • Address problems proactively and be solution oriented
  • Understand our technologies and care about accuracy - (POS, Office, Ctuit, Hot Schedules)
  • Understand and analyze the P&L and proactively course correct as needed
