Job Title: Creative Coordinator
Summary:This role involves providing crucial support to producers and acting as a key point of contact for clients, handling project requests from start to finish. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and possesses a strong problem-solving mindset, with a professional and positive attitude.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with supervising producers to monitor project timelines and meet deadlines.
  
• Manage client requests, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery of all tasks.
  
• Conduct quality control checks on all materials before submission to clients.
  
• Coordinate design requests, ensuring effective communication between clients and the graphics team.
  
• Work closely with the finishing team to maintain organization and uphold quality standards throughout the project.
  
• Handle the booking, scheduling, and payment of voiceover artists as needed.
  
• Attend meetings and client calls, taking comprehensive notes and distributing them to relevant teams.
  
• Maintain project schedules and prioritize tasks according to deadlines.
  
• Manage client-supplied materials, distributing them to the appropriate departments.
  
• Anticipate project needs and address potential issues proactively.
  
  
  Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in the entertainment or advertising industry is preferred.
    
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
    
  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines and excel in a fast-paced environment.
    
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a methodical and thorough approach to tasks.
    
  • A proactive team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
    
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to follow through on tasks.
    
  • Proficiency in Filemaker Pro and Microsoft Office; knowledge of post-production processes is a plus.
